The problem with the map Alfa 159 2.0 jtdm 170cv.....P0402(air flow rate too low)!

    Hello all,
I have mapped a alfa 159 2.0 jtdm 170cv, the car v? well and responds well!
I report an error in diagnosis P0402(air flow too low) and the light sometimes comes on but not from others but also turned on, the car responds well......I have now also verified by manual errors, obd and I found that the cod P0402 corresponds to "egr flow excessive" at this point, I ? come to doubt have ended badly the map of the egr....can you give me a hand and check the file if what I did ? correct?
I also looked at your guide to the exclusions egr (for edc16c39) but the screenshots I do not match!
I have even disabled the dpf with ecusafe, tell me if ? done in the proper way or if I have to apply that change on the bit from 1000% to 0%?

Tell me also if the problem comes from another ? the first that I have come across!
    Thanks

hello,I start with the egr valve is seen that the main problem is that, then, this being a edc16 let it be the map that the titanium called the egr duty cycle and then return it ori and to exclude the egr port to 0, the two panettone from 1C6A52 to 1C6A64 and 1C6B84 to 1C6B96,then I understand that you want some opinion on the map and then proceed because usually I stick only to what is asked then:
the map torque limiter according to the ideal conditions falla equal to 3 maps of the required torque during acceleration, then the two maps called limiters torque on the motor shaft you have to leave after the mod, then the maps leakage turbo abassale as increases keep yourself up about 150-180 points, then some of the maps turbo pressure are put ori and the pressure of the rail you have to lower as well, keeping a maximum increase of 4% to 5% same thing for the limiter, for the rest there would be more to add, but you have a the basis for starting.

sorry if I answer only now, but today has been and is still a tiring day, then now could go,egr ok but let's say that it is quite soft and that is not really the best but it could go,the only thing that I still like are the maps turbo pressure as both increases and as the maps because there should also be times of an overboost between your mod and then call ori and then you should give an increase in fixed-pressure turbo, or about 120 to 150 points, or 4-5% of which is better, how did you mod you.

I recognize them to the eye of the maps and, of course, from break.
