No, you need to write the file scodifica on a 27c512 from scratch, and then desolder the mem. the original and solder the driver, and then perform the procedure ? pi? or less as you say. But in any case it takes the file scodifica.

I for quelel units use the decoder 7 ------------, is the 8F - 16F - 18F without problems.
just ground pin of the micro-and upload the file, it does it all the interface and not dissaldi nothing.
the interface ? definitely a stuff to the chinese, and if you search the web you will find dozens of similar
