jeep 3.0 crd svbl and limiters turbo

Hi all, I have almost finished a jeep crd3.0 218 hp to start...the management is bosh edc16c31 .
I wanted to know from more experts the addresses of all the limiters turbo and svbl because the machine is equipped with a turbo plus and if I get even 0.1 bar starts to tear in the passage from the 2500 to 3000 rpm, and the diagnosis I find the dtc turbo pressure limiters in the ecm I have raised all of them escapes me, something outside the driver.
what do you think ??
