How to open the file.bin of the fiat punto gt..with a 3d program

hi to all...
I'm going to program a unit from the race,but first I need to know the parameters of the series of the original unit,having a base on which to start...

I recovered the file.bin of the control unit of the series,both the injection turbo..

but I don't know how to open them,
I used ecm2001,but it sucks,because nothing happens,the max displays a graphic in 2d in which no one understands na bat...

I need open them,and read on a 3d graph,a chart, where there are degrees,and the advances of injection,and much, much more...

you know, show me a decent program maybe free..I just have to retrieve the data.

then I have my softwear of the control unit to place them...mapurtroppo I do not read the .bin file
