Galletto V54 software problem

Hello,
as stated in the introduction in the presentation are the first weapons with the maps, and if at the beginning everything went smoothly now I have a problem with wing nut:
installed the driver and software on a pc with windows xp everything went well, so much so that linked to try to a car, I read the original map and saved the file. I have not made changes to the files nor have I rewritten in the ecu, I am limited to open it with winols to see the various sections.

After that I have installed in the pc the program multiecuscan (+crack) working without problems. From then on I was no longer able to open the software of the rooster, I have reinstalled the program, checked the driver, and in the end formatted the pc but without results.
Now insert the cd with the driver of the rooster, by starting the installation program (Galletto edited V1.0) I get the message: "External exception C000006" and, consequently, I can not start the installation.
Can someone help me to solve the problem?

In addition to the fact that the clones should not talk as are the OT, you definitely have the operating system is not compatible.
You have said that ONLY WindowsXP and Windows7, can work with these tools?

the usb ports seem to work normally with the memory sticks and external hard disk, by connecting the cock to light up the two lamps (red and green) and the pc detects it, but not succeeding to install the software I don't even have the driver to put.

It seems to me unlikely you damaged the installation cd, since putting it on another pc starts without problems, I do not exclude, however, no hypothesis!

I finally resolved the problems with the rooster: the error external exception c0000006 is a problem related to hardware, I think regarding the reading of the cd, in fact by downloading an image file and burning your own I solved it.
Then for the driver I found an update for the problems of configuration from the site This website is under construction that allowed me to install it correctly.

At this point, why not try this cock... the first one (for now!) the guinea pig was a MB class B 200 CDI, which I've disabled the egr by using the software Time. All went well, the only surprise was that during the writing phase via obd with the engine cooling fan is started and then go out at the end of the scripture; this has fortunately not caused voltage drops since I connected a charger to the car.
