Before Reading=Error (type improper upload)

Hi all, I tried to read the I before the ecu, my bike, the installation of the mpps seems to be worked fine, I connected all the cables, I have done the reading for the ECU ID with success (with ignition on), then when I clicked on "Read" me ? seemed to start in the soft, but then I get an error, in which mpps invites me to send a **** with the error saved in the log at the bottom of the soft of the mpps I read the error to you ? locked " Type improper upload"!
I tried ir? times, both with the mpps v12 and with the version v13(which seems to me a cinesata), lfile log ? incomprehensible, so I don't know how can I intervene now.

Do you have any suggestions?

Try using another protocol always for 5AM, it works the same, and the file read will be? undamaged and used.

From the drop-down menu, try to select another model Ducati has always 5AM, you'll see that it works. May have to do some tests.

Thanks a lot m999, are able to read the ecu without problems by changing the model of the bike, me ? enough to choose the hypermotard 1100s instead of 1100.
We took a 20ina of minutes for reading and I generated a file 320.
Now if I understand well, I toccher? cut it to make it read correctly by the drivers of ecm titanium, edit it, and then bring it back to 320.
