mpps does not see voltage by connecting it to the tour

Hello, I have a problem with mpps, probably something wrong
by connecting it to my multiple I see in the software, the operating voltage of 12v and broken, I removed all the pins and I left only the 4-5 (mass) and 16 + 12, and I see the voltage.
by connecting it directly to the battery (charging) 4-5 at the negative and 16 to the positive pole of the software does not see the voltage.

    checked cables, battery voltage, continuity?.....

    I don't understand

should I maybe put the resistors?

Not ? a problem of resistance. Surely you make a mistake in the link to the tour.

not ? as possible, there are only 3 wires, 4-5 obd mpps to battery ground, and pin 16 to +12 battery and you should see me the voltage.....

I tried a whole day! there must be something else, I tried at least 15 do you want to

how it works on the car must also go to the tour don't have to put no resistance review good links that may solve........

I can not understand, redid the links but still don't see the voltage in the software, the two ground pins of the obd mpps are more? great that you can't? get it wrong and then I counted starting from pin1 that you read on the obd,
pin 4-5 connected to the negative pole, pin 16 last pin and the law on the pin obd connected directly to the positive pole of the battery.
tested voltages with a multimeter and test continuity?, no interruptions, no resistance, voltage measured on the battery 12,5 ditto to the cables connected to the obd.

I try again to move to the com port, I know that in the tins give problems...

    the links are right
    4 or 5 negative
    16-12 volt
And strange that makes you see the volts

if you po serve this photo for links to tour

definitely wrong links...in the ecu if you look closely there are written the numbers of the pins in the small

the case is still unsolved, links rechecked dozens of times. the ecu threw why? however defective.
even without connecting it to the control unit by directly taking the voltage and battery ground marks not the same as the volt, while the obd and tidy.

it has nothing to do with the ecu, mpps connected to the tour takes the power from the power supply and read the voltage, even if not connected to the ecu,if you have not connected well ? clear that does not work...

you probably have given power to the ecu and not the mpps and were hoping to get it to work
