Scodifica iaw 16f

Good evening, I wanted to know if it is possible to scodificare a iaw 16f without effecting the process with the eprom 27c512.as for now I only have a carprog and I can't write on the eprom.
If you are on which component it is to operate?

it works on the micro interface specifies ... the car prog is clone ? if it is a clone we do not make anything, at least that we do not make some changes !!!! you need to arm of the upa unsolder the micro to program it with the file provided and risaldarlo and the game is done !!! say seems simple but to do it, it takes a lot of calm is above all, a lot of patience ,with a specific interface, it takes about 5 minutes .I hope I was clear

Thanks alex68, but it is not a thing so essensiale given that in the workshop I have a breakdown of these ecu was ina personal thing to try to do it with carprog but as you say these ecu is done before to make them with other solutions.
