I already tried to close the EGR switch with this recipe:

EDC15C2 PSA
Look the hex dump in 8bit Text mode.
Set the number of columns to 10.
Look for: 001 001 000 000 001 000 001 000 001 048 string.
The first 001 is the EGR Switch with/without (1/0).
The second 001 is Boost Control Switch with/without (1/0).

On 3 cars! And I have to say that it does not work. Or I do not understand a bat.
