when you have removed that checks have you done?also to understand how can you say that ? ok...............that said, if the pump ? ok ? easy that may have blocked the pressure regulator on the rail and not increase the pressure

at this point the pumps are similar or the same to turn it by hand it should give you a bit of pressure, but in diagniosi the factor of the objective and the real may be due to the sensor or pressure regulator rail...controls everything well and let us know...
When you replaced the pump did you replace the pressure regulator or not?
