info on how to load the map

I have a small doubt on how to load the map mod on the e46 bmw.
the cio? I will explain better:
I read long ago the file of this ecu bdm, but not knowing that I read directly from the first screen , where c'? written read the ecu.
then reading around I understood that I had read all the ecu is eprom, or flash.
then I extracted the file and I have made the changes to the map.
finished the mod. I re-imported the file in the first read and then written into the control unit.
this was only an introduction, the work ? everything went ok, but now the files that I had on the pc I made other changes and I would like to know how I do it:
I have to gather it again to turn the file as I had done the other time?
or can I only load the eprom?
going advanced, read serial e2prom?

sure that you don't want the flash?

you have to make the change only in the flash .

and then eventually you can rewrite only the flash changed.

I was wrong I do not in the eprom, but in flash
then, I can only load the flash map that changed the cio? that is extracted by cmd technologies ( 29bl/28f/m58w )


in the photo bdm , with the red circle ? where I extract the flash to edit it
in the photo bdm1 ? where do I upload the file that you extracted and edited, right?
or do I have to upload it to where? written write ext flash?

yep, another info on the bdm.
1)if the bdm write crashes what should I do?
2)unplug and try again, or write another one?
3)it can happen that the writing you get to the end result is ok , but has not been written?

I have never had a block write with bdm,or part or not to part.

As has already? said mpsport or part or not to part writing......once you've written and written so it's impossible not to have written

I ? happened to that ? arrived at 70% then ? blocked for a while, and the writing of the block 6, it seems to me I ? output the written cancellation block, then ? rewritten once again.

don't you worry about that ? all normal to you ? success !! this happens when the bdm erases and rewrites the flash
