    Addresses Maps Recover turbo turbo pressure EDC15 Volks Vol

    Good morning,
    I have a problem with the turbo pressure of my Beetle that slightly uphill with the engine at about 2500 rpm the control unit enters recover errore by mistake turbo pressure because it registers an incongruent value(practically differs the real pressure lower than the objective one). Changed turbo, N75, manifold air pressure sensor, debimeter, verified vacuum tubes, sleeves and intercooler but it does not resolve. In the same stretch where it goes in Recover se if I travel it pushing more, no recovery To intervene on the maps recover management turbo turbo pressure that on EDC15 should be connected to the torque limiters, who knows what they are?     I advise you to put the ori stain and adjust the VGT mechanically if necessary to 1.4-1.5 Bar..
    then upload the mod and see what it does and eventually show us your mod...

    Done, I put back file ori and turbine ori regenerated and have also tried to move the rod of the geometry but the problem always remains at rpm intermediate and slightly uphill. If I go to handcuff no problem. This happened after I redone the new engine, taking an engine always ALH of a beetle a little more recent than mine, redone of healthy plant (head, valve seats, lapping cylinders, new bands, bushings, oil pump) but immediately gave this problem, also modifying from map the VGT of the increased turbo that I had taken (Golf 150 hp). Talking to a friend he mentioned to me the Recover mappe maps that I could modify to avoid the problem. It is not a problem of pressure limiters as a tablet picca over 1.5 and pushes without problems. At 120 km per hour slightly uphill though.....PUFF!!!! recovery. Turn square while walking and start again regularly.

    I reopen the discussion and attach the files of a POLO with EDC15 and the files ORI And MOD of my BEETLE. On the Polo was solved the problem similar to mine. I tried to intervene in areas that I thought were similar but it didn't work. Who wants to take a look at it and see if the same result can also be achieved on the Beetle? I also tried to move the rod of the VGT but nothing. At intermediate speed the pressure does not reach the target and goes into protection. A tablet no problem even if the maximum target pressure is not reached and therefore a little performance is lost.

    But does it mount the multivalve with 7-8 tubes?
    did you try to replace it?

    For the turbo actuator it mounts the classic N75 similar to that for the EGR valve and from the same vacuum line it implements the shut-off valve. Change all but nada. For some obscure reason at circa 2300 revolutions the pressure does not rise as it should. There are no leaks on the ducts otherwise it would smoke. It could be little diesel in that RPM but we would be a****: why not inject if phase in place, pump and injectors overhauled and debt replaced? As I wrote, I want to try to delete the recover mappa from map as done with the Pole with EDC15 similar though not equal.

    Checksum control EDC15

    I tried to modify the zones that should check the recovery Could the checksum be wrong? Or is the mod not done well ?

    HELLO, I can not understand what are the changes for the recover sul that you have made on your file, you have modified too many things, if you want to make a test you have to start from the ori file and make him only the changes that you consider appropriate for the recover.

    Guys I changed one 30 turbines to TDI PD & VP and I have never encountered such problems..
    I have always adjusted them from the rod to 1.5 peak and they walk perfectly, even after mapping them
    I had a similar problem on a PD TDI with more than 250hp
    just because they eliminated VGT management By pressuring it..
    but I solved it by adjusting the turbo request to the actual one " the turbo too big did not follow the pressure at cruising speed" that's all..
