Hi !
I am attaching the map pack that I've developed for my alfa brera 2.4 200hp 2006 with hw edc16c39 145 sw 421.
DISCLAIMER : I do Not pretend that it is something definitive nor complete... only to provide a good basis/starting point. I, today, with this map pack I can inject a "ordered" and "educated" more than 100mm3, and have no problem on the organs of management issues having them all nicely stored in boxes in the garage. Then, it will not be perfect... but to me and I think of others, can be sufficient.
It was in great part derived from a damos of EDC16C39 Alfa-Romeo 147.
There should be a little of everything... if when I started I had a file for the hands, I would have helped... and not a little.
I have to say, is a release quite raw... I don't have catalogued in a clean way I have organized everything according to the logic iron-clad.
I avoided all the maps related to the funzioini regeneration because I planned from day zero to remove the DPF and then I only changed the one that really I would have used.
There is everything you need to:
-disconnect the EGR (physically) [without touching the DTC they put resistors on the harness]
-delete regenerations DPF and remove differential sensor / temperature sensor catalyst/downpipe [without touching the DTC they put resistors on the harness]
-eliminate the SWIRL and detach the motor [without touching the DTC they put resistors on the harness]
-remove the throttle body and completely disconnect the actuator [without touching the DTC they put resistors on the harness]
-re-align (see other thread for example), the instrument indicator of relative pressure turbo of the dashboard tools auxiliary
-all the maps are useful (at least to me...) to change the injection and the over-power
-manage, in a complete and the variable geometry (all PIDS and maps of the "pre-control")
For real solutions, I can only speak for this hw/sw specific, and I promise you that if you need to write it as I proceeded.
Let me know your opinions.
