    Bosch M1.5.5 Curves Centrobanda Lambda

    Hi to all,

    today I downloaded a mapping of a
    Opel Corsa B 1.0 X10XE (3Cyl 12V) from the '98
    mounting a Bosch M1.5.5

Putting the map in the ECM Titanium, and finding the proper drivers
going to see the maps of fuel injection values are virtually
almost the usual, i.e., 128, and such an analysis would seem to be the values
expressed in volts of the lambda oxygen sensor:

    128 (1,28 volt)≈17,8 AFR

    What do you think?

    Greetings

128 is usually in the motronic and the lambda value to 8-bit calculation is 128/128=1=afr14,7
so if you put in the map a value of 99 will you do 99/128x14,7=11,36 of afr..

    Hello thanks for the response,
Then I saw in other topics of this formula, however, has been checked with a tool the goodness of equality? Because as I had hypothesized that I would not be more logical to think that the value 128 in this case corriaponde directly you have volts?

    Greetings

in a gasoline engine, I doubt that can work properly with an afr so lean 17.8...
after the 15 afr on the gasoline you temperatures from fear in the combustion chamber can potentially destroy an engine in no time....deserve gdi that could work in the stratified charge even at 60:1 afr...
but, in fact, do not do it because first of all you have a lot of emmisioni of the oxides of nitrogen the famous Nox in the catalyst to those afr will melt like an ice-cream in the sun....so you never exceeds beyond a certain afr in loads parzializzati and in the stratified charge...

Therefore, on what you said I wanted to do the clipboard because it does not come to me, from what I knew the motor cycle 8 could support between 9:1 until you get to about 20:1 and for charity 17,8 she is very skinny but I don't think that may harm the engine; the second point is on Nox because discostandoci from the optimal point (14,7) going to smagrare the nox increase in a disproportionate way, but have a peak that seems to me to be about 16,1:1 and then drop again precipitously, and to be lower at around 17/17,3:1, similar to the carbon monoxide (CO), as we smagra cala(not back) and hydrocarbons that also those drops, but then goes back slightly on the 17:1 approximately, so the manufacturers (if my thesis is right) to solve the problems of pollution could very well smagrare the fuel mixture from the optimal point. Then the second thing, if the Nox, CO and HC are higher at higher temperatures would not have been the most risky, when they started to mount the EGR that cause still overheating?
The third and last point on the GDI and stratified charge.
I have to say that the stratified charge is not a technique due to the compliance of the combustion chamber, in order to have a stoichiometric ratio of total lower due to the "layering" of the stoichiometric ratio, divided into multiple areas (more fat and optimal at the centre and the poor and to the sides) and this technique was adopted on the GDI engines (KIA Hyundai etc) so it is normal that these work in charge stratifacata and the AFR is lower

    Greetings

I appended to this discussion not to open another:

I wonder if there are files damos for these "blessed" control Units M. 1.5.5...Should I change that to my car-an alfa 156 1.6 TS, but I would like to act on other maps besides the usual that I get from the ECM...
Also, I ask you if you can give me confirmation about the address of a Lambda Probe Centrobanda: and that is that I have two maps with two different addresses...why? Same thing in the table advances to the load-zoned...enlighten me please!!!

    I think I seen Damos M1.5.5 around
The double maps are called similar maps,
are used by the ECU in the different conditions are the Water temperature, acceleration, Altitude, etc., etc.

Here is...the speech is precisely that: the conditions In which they are used? The certainty, where is it ? There are two maps ok, and I notice that one of the highest values and lowest values (considering all conditions of load/rpm...) Now according to various news learnt here and there, the lower the lambda value the most in that particular condition to ride fat...but we are certain that is so ?
These programs remapping honestly I find them a bit limited....which means you have to first be wrong 10 times to figure out where to go...

As regards the damos for this M1.5.5 I don't have one honestly...If someone has can make them available?

You are absolutely right that is why very often forfetizziamo giving the same increments on the maps similar in this case, decrease..
