Alfa 147 Q2 moddified map, reaches just 190km/h

Hi jungs,
I have a question regarding my friends 147 Q2, after remap that he had on it, the car want go more than 190km/h and the fuel consuption is too hi, up-to-12l.
Anybody generous to look at the map and tell me whats wrong?
