Hi to all guys I managed to get an ecu the engine of ford kuga 2.0 tdci 136cv, the latter is "marked" Continental SID 206 with a variety of codes which I did not understand what you refer to hw and which sw... the first under the heading "sid 206" is 5ws40862c - then there are others including 8V41-12A650-CB, and other acronyms 4-5 letters.My first question is: the ecu sid are "siemens"? so this marked continental?in addition, since my colleague has a kuga with this engine you can scodificarla to use it as a truck?it is possible to completely?some time ago I heard say that on these ecu was only possible to go physically to the code of the immo from the ecu "old" to the "new" via the ignition "start-stop" of the transponder key. someone's got to do with it?thanks

I don't know this ecu, but since that is a truck I would open it and see if it has the.port bdm to read it.

Hello, the ecu sid are siemens, with regard to the word "continental" is only a code but the ecu is sid.
