Problem off the framework bmw 530

I have to write in the serial a bmw 530 d but when reading the ignition is switched off , I would like to find a write-locked!! has anyone had this problem ??

fixed charging for 4 hours , on the framework's doors open and running in n , with charger 13.5 volts , turns off .. written obd with the cock all ok
