    Question Problem with Bosch EDC16C34

Hi all, arrived yesterday with the wrecker this Citroen Xsara Picasso 1.6 hdi 110 cv EDC16C34 HW: 9653958980 SW: 9656841180
this car has been replaced the engine with a used one is always the 1.6 hdi but with 90 hp, the car was good, but in the street when they fix the throttle gave error high-pressure fuel P1166 and went in protection not exceeding a certain number of revs of the engine until you clear the error and start all of the ac****. then they had the brilliant idea to map the ecu by lowering the pressure of the rail, and after writing the file to mod the car part and after a few seconds it turns off, if I try to accelerate instead shuts down immediately.
Then the first thing I made to give the original file and read the first time and I rewritten, but nothing changes, still now error P1166, I have changed the high pressure pump with its pressure regulator, cleaned the tank and there are air bubbles in the pipes of diesel.

according to me it has some problem with the ecu, but being a novice with the ecu I don't know how I can verify it, or better to solve this problem, can you help me with some idea?

p.s. I checked the original file with ecm titanium and everything seems normal.

the reading was done in serial mode or in bdm? in this case it was better to get her in the bdm, these in serial sometimes lose some setup and break down the twins, but with the original file, the machine remains in motion or not? you also have the ecu of the 90hp?

    Hello,
are you sure that the pressure sensor is calibrated? How comes the pressure before turning off the machine?
Check with ignition on and engine off on the center wire of the pressure sensor has 0.5 volts.

Everything was done in serial, the machine even with the original must always be the same and turns off after a few seconds, the ECU 90 hp there is unfortunately

The pressure sensor works well and has not been ruined no cable, the drive was working until you changed the mapping of the rail

but it doesn't make sense, if the problem was the map of the rail bringing back the golds would work, diagnosis of problems do you have?

In theory it makes sense but it seems the car has no problems, has been replaced all the sensor phase and the sensor rail pressure, however considering that it all began when you made the mapping to the rail, perhaps you have damaged something in writing and also rewriting the original, however the problems, I believe that if someone has the backup of this unit, you can rewrite it all and see if this works
