Hello guys, someone of you knows for sure if the pump rail of the 156 2.4, and that of the 147 150 hp are different. I knew that one of the 156 dovrebbeve have more? ow, someone can? you please confirm? Thanks.

which pump 156 2.4 would fit? the 136-140-150 10V? these mountain a cp3 that I don't think the mountains on your 147 150 hp fitted with a CP1H....
or that of the 175 20V? this mounts a CP1H..
why not that of the brera, 159 2.4 20v 200-210cv?these mountain CP1H

Which is exactly, I don't know, xk? reading around said pump 156 2.4 but none ke he spoke with clarity, for this I am kiedendo...then that of the 156 does not fit on the 150 it should fit on the 140 true? if things are so I'll take the one in the 159/brera.... the 156 20v was not multi-jet right?
a friend of mine has mounted that the 150 hp 2.4 on the point 90hp...
pressures, support the cp3 and the ch1?
the cp3 are good for a max of 1700 bar c'? who the spurs have 1800...
the cp1h up to 1800 bar are still very efficient according to m?...even if s? of people who also pushes to 2000 bar...
I sincerely would not to those pressures, especially for cp3...
after a certain amount of pressure in fact, the efficiency of the pump drops rapidly and the temperatures of the diesel that puts out are going to affect the density? of the same to such a point that the game is not worth the candle...
also v? working with injection pressures, not foreseen in the phase of calculation of the combustion process, and then everything becomes a incognit?.....I am of the "school of thought" that to inject more diesel's better to use atomizers/injectors, and bigger, and then if necessary adegure the pressure to the new requirements.
however, to my way of seeing things, to assemble a pump the rail more large precisely when you change the atomizers, or you overdo it a p? with the injection time and the difference between the rail pressure target and the real, and too much...in that case, a pump more big help..

I have to change in order to strength the atomizers, xk? do I need to mount the 2260vk then with those of the series not enough for me the diesel for sure....so on balance it's better to take a cp1 of the 159/brera. Or secondoto you before I put the nozzles and then I do the test pressure between objective and real?
c'? who says that the injectors golds are good for 270cv on the 1.9 16v mjet...
I sincerely I can't believe it but this cavalry is out with the injection times "monster", and then the injected fuel out of 10? BTDC....then you have egt high, back pressure of the exhaust from fear, and the smoke from the ferry...
and surely the difference between press rail objective and real high....
I would recommend you wait to replace the pump ... mounts before the nozzles and logs the press rail only so you can get an idea of what is going on....
I wanted to ask you on your support fuel filter see a connector with a kind of ball that was planted inside??
if s?.. change that link with a different one(the one of the in-line pumps mechanical bosch P series are great) in such a way that food with a p? most of the pressure in the common rail pump...

Sorry BTDC what does it mean? Thanks... on the support of the diesel fuel filter there is a fitting sphere (such as those of the olidinamica) held with a screw ke you started on the filter support, the screw has a head 21 (the cio? loosen or pull with kiave 21). Then by fitting a tube ke goes to the pump and rail ? what is the connection ke you say??
that's right...inside of that fitting c'? a spring with a ball and calibrated to open at 2 bar pressure....
by mounting the fitting that I recommended that ? done in the same way, but the nuances? that by unscrewing the cap you have ****** access to the spring(that hopefully you may replace with other) you can set the pressure as it suits you....
I advise you not to go over the 5 bar with the air blower electric ori....if you want more pressure and capacity, you can replace the pump in the sebatoio with another more big...
BTDC means Before Top Dead Center, i.e., after the top dead center...
