That machine is? Ecu? Diagnosis? From what you wrote it takes a crystal ball to tell you a possible solution. Please provide more information.
The machine and a dr brand name model zero...in diagnosis from coil to sense the cylinder 3 but has already been replaced along with the spark plugs..

the problem, and LPG or Gasoline? both?
none of that "misfire cylinder 3"?
Injector? Valve?

2 Do a compression test

I don't know what type of ECU is mounted. I will, however, in mind the problem of Marelli IAW that as a result of circuit failure, the car on which it is mounted will work on 2-3 cylinders in that it blocks the operation of the coils.
