now I would like to understand a couple of things to try in the various tests:

it seems to me that the edc15 is a good ecu to learn the craft someone is kind enough to give me some explanations on how to scale the tables, figure out the conversion factors and the driver out of the map?

If the damos are the prex rail you should not have big problems to find it with the same shape as yours. Of course, there is to cross a bit eyes, but it is a necessary step to grow.
