reset service lancia y 2011 with autocom failed

Hello all,
with autocom cds tcp and delphi software are not able to reset service lancia y 1242 cc 51 Kw 2011 cod mot 169A4000.

the software diagnosis delphi among the choices in the drop-down menu (diesel, petrol, abs-quadrostrumenti-etc..) for latest offers me the dedicated function specific reset service.
I try to start it but I have in response to the error window that tells me unable to establish connection with the vehicle...
for the same vehicle are managed without any problem to enter in diagnosis, x-fault codes-parameters of the ecu with both the function EOBD (icon top right) with the other diagnosis function (the icon in the bottom right).

can you tell me the steps to be able to reset the service on this car with this tool?

the function to reset the service on this vehicle, on this software with this tool is by entering in the item "instrument" (or "instrumentation", then click "test functions" and selecting from the menu: reset maintenance.
