Kess 2 and unlocking the Siemens pcr2

Can you tell me if the Kess 2 and is capable of unlocking the Siemens pcr2.1 vag?
If yes, can I then read it and write it by obd, always with the kess 2?
I have never used it and I would take him.

the kess is a good product, but having never fate a control unit of the kind I could not tell you.
