    Hi all!

    Hi to all,
I come to this (for me) new "world" but always close to my dear old computer...
I am a systems analyst (old system engineer ) with some experience in the computer world, and then when we talk about the dump, hex, serial, etc., I already know well what we are talking about, I can also help if you need experience in the verification of checksums on blocks or similar things.
That said, however, I am a neophyte absolute in the field of ecu car, I'm trying to understand something but I see that it is a broad field, with a concrete history.
Looking on the internet this forum I was the one who holds, or at least from a first skimming, the people of a certain experience in this field, and then I try to introduce myself here...
I already have an issue open on a edc17 ecu (Fiat Freemont), and the ideal would be if someone is available (even at cost) to give me a hand to understand more quickly how to do hacking, the ideal in the area of Milano - Bergamo - Brescia (I live in Rovato, but I move always for work), I've written about the area because one thing I realized is that the hw is key, and I have seen that there are various versions of serial adapters-power units with software different and therefore the ideal is to find someone that already has a hw suitable and already knows how to use the sw and I come to find it directly with the machine...
Thanks to all and I hope to get to know you virtually, but also physically, and start to explore this fantastic world!
