I would like to contribute by sharing a book that I found some time ago on the web (I mean, this is in English and for the less practical of the language is a bit confusing).
The book is called: "Designing and Tuning High - Performance Fuel Injection Systems".
It is aimed at both beginners in order to begin to enter into the world of EFI is to the tuners have already been formed. contains both the basic principles that some tips on the modified. I consider it a text that is very valid.
