Alternate method to use ECM Titanium on Windows 8

I have not read the guide a few posts) but I think that you should procure a software (in my case the Virtual Machine that you find with a quick google, and also free) then create a virtual pc with this software and install xp (the one that acts as with all put titanium on the virtual pc and you are set .... I repeat I have not read the guide? the procedure roughly ? this

by Disable driver signature enforcement on win8 will not change anything? I say it from the settings in win8
