    Map Ducati 5AMHW610 on 5AMHW103 or vicersa

    I open this discussion by way of a doubt.....the HW103 is different from the AW610 can't argue with that, but what happens if I write a map with HW610 on an ecu with HW103 (or vice versa)?

    if you have hw610 doing a compatibility? hw with various sw you could write for? the you can? also block instead for my experience, I have tried to write a hw610 on a hw103 and I do not and never failed I always blocked everything

    Using the cdcmarelli you could use the function "clone ecu" usually I am fine when I turn the fiat ducati 5AM or 59M

    Basically I'm not interested in cloning or the other, but only to understand why the control unit is locked, since the size of the map between HW103 and HW610 has the same size.

    The hw103 mounts processor st10f168 the hw610 mounts st10f269, are not compatible.

    then cos? it has the lock for? I knew that with the cdc marelli type, you can clone a 59f with hw over 100 micro-st168 at 5am, always with the same micro and vice versa with the 269 one that mounts on the convert on the bike

    Calm the cloning ? possible at these times:

    - 59f => 5.9M
    - 5AF => 5AM

    In fact, a 59F can not become a 5AF. And the vdc marelli stops and will not go ahead if it finds this inconsistency.
