    Maps VNT - alfa 147 332_536 edc15c7

    Hi,

I'm looking for 3 maps that regulate the VGT in OpenLoop, those that are called Sporty/Economical/Transition.

    HW 332
    SW 536

At the moment I have identified two 16x16 and a 10x10. it seems very strange why? dovrebberoe be all three 16x16 (or, at least, on the point jtd 85cv, are cos?).

the maps have the upper limit to 75%, and the axes are RPM/IQ.

The only thing that I did not go back ? the 10x10.

Could someone give me a tip on the addresses ? (at the moment they are out of the house, to return tonight, place the ones I found).

There should then be two single value for the hysteresis between the switch in the open-closed loop + other maps of the control P-I-D. but this ? another story

(to the moderators/admin : In beginners section I have already? opened a topic inherent to the modification of this unit, but I decided to put here this post as the information that st? looking for they are very generic and might come in handy for others... maybe )

    Thanks

the maps n75 duty cycle or vgt as the call you are the maps that tita called "the times of an overboost".....
for the duty cycle does not exist mode? open or closed loop, but those individual values that you are looking for are the limiters of DC(Duty Cycle) maximum and minimum beyond which the ecu could not? go to drive the n75.....

confirm times for an overboost are vgt...***** and would like to change them?

    with the head

The n75 ? "the times an overboost" I figured it out, what am I missing ? understand if ? all l?... from what I understand the JTD of the fiat group have 3 maps that regulate the duty cycle of the valve pierburg connected to the variable geometry.

I would like to change this map to align the values of pressure as having increased diesel (72mm3) obviously, the turbine works in a different way.
I map I calculated to have a certain AFR to a certain value of the MAF, and to have that MAF I need a certain pressure.
now this pressure is not ? maintained given that the diesel fuel that enters ? larger map and N75 should be adjusted (lowered) in order to bring back linear the operativit? the turbo compressor.

    Correct me if I'm wrong.

The doubt remains... 1 map or 3 mape ? open-loop or always switch "dynamic" between the closed and open loop ?

the ecu uses the last break point in the axis for any iq after the 70mm3 that ? the maximum value of IQ in axis oriper all ? 3 maps...
then you do not need to change anything in the maps n75....
if you want to tap in breck point relative to the maximum iq, and high rpm you can lower the Dc of a 7-8% in order to avoid that due to the diesel in most injected the vgt a p? more open to prevent the press turbo up to unwanted values..
however, I have done car with 100mm3 of diesel followed perfectly what is set in the map turbo without the need to touch the maps DC n75....

mhhh... looks ? also likely that I have these problems "management" since? the actuator ? perfectly calibrated... the turbine has a lot of thousand km
the must? change and st? trying to give the coup de grace at least the experiments I do them now.

or it could also be the pierburg ? skipped...

I reconnect to this discussion or mapped my alfa 156 jtd 81kw and an injection-72mg of diesel fuel with 2.4 bar map turbo...
I did a couple of logs, and I notice that around the 2700/3000 rpm the turbo spike up to 2.5 bar.....
I can try to lower some of the values in the map times an overboost around those rpm's and the iq???
if I'm not mistaken in the map an overboost the breaks are x:mg diesel fuel, y:rpm, zercentuale closing the vanes of variable geometry
    right???
in practice, lowering a bit the values of the palette should be open more, and then the turbo would be less pressure......

yes, lowering the values of the geometry is open and the peaks decrease,I used this trick on my 159 with the problems of pichi abnormal
