the jeep compass crd engine vw 2.0 tdi 140cv ecu edc16c31 problem with the egr off

hi guys,I have a problem with the egr off on the jeep compass crd engine vw 2.0 tdi 140cv ecu edc16c31

egr off running as on motiro vw,mounted the plate on the pipe that comes from the exhaust and get in on the egr,I turn off the error,I turn on the car and I can stay in motion, all ok

this morning go to turn it on and back to the error

second you should try to unlock it before the egr? why? I believe that in spite of the controls for the egr to be zeroed out, and the egr is closed with the plate, the ecu detects too the egr ? locked, perhaps for the resistance that shows the plunger

If ? excluded well from the controls, and continues to give the error then ? faulty electrical part.
You need to replace or delete the error code.

the problem ? the car goes into recovery and does not make
the egr ? was made with time on these engines is usually not wrong,I then checked the 2d with the titanium and it was ok

I think at this point that is the route the electrical part, not knowing how it works this egr but I would like to know if the fact that it is locked may short-circuit the electrical part, and then let out the error

Your problem is almost certainly on the electric part of the EGR valve, if it is a VW engine, the problem is definitely in the solenoid valve pierburg that operates the valve, pneumatically controlled well as the group butterfly on the manifold, if it works well

No, if you delete the dtc and, therefore, the cause of the problem, you do not have recovery. Tested on various egr.
