Programmers transponder...but which one?

unfortunately, every new car you have to activate a new family...
I would like to buy a new programmer that will enable me to have a machine park pi? complete without having to spend a capital...
what would you recommend for me?
I have heard of the Tango...
With regard to the cineserie ? a waste of time? I mean interfaces type: ad900,ck-100, sbb , tm100, etc, etc
