overcharging alternator ford focus 1.6 benz year 2000 mot.FJDA ecu EEC5 ZETEC IF

As the title, Replaced the regulator, battery ,regulator, alternator, took it to collapse but in very good condition, checked wiring continuity? with the engine ecu, wire the red power + 30 present, no cable to ground or short-circuit.
By disconnecting the connection to the three wires on the alternator charging stabilizes to 14 volts I don't know what else to do ,imagine that the ecu has problems thanks to all and good work, greetings.

    14v are accettabbili,but 16v and 30A are without a doubt excessive

in that car the engine control unit, which has nothing to do with the light in the alternator. He's the one to be defective.
