VW sharan 1.9 TD 2001 dtc 01491 ???? you know what it is

hello everyone, someone can tell me what is this error?

Air conditioning (Heating added - Diagnostics)
DTC Description 01491 - auxiliary Heater, glow plug - circuit open Circuit - permanent
01491 - auxiliary Heater, glow plug - circuit open Circuit - permanent

diagnosed with delphy, but I can't find verification of this dtc on the other programs

this is a sharan 2001 1.9 cod engine AUY.

I'm checking the car to find a dispersion. with the ignition switched off the absorption passes continuously in an intermittent manner from approximately 0.35 to 0.8 At intervals of about half a second and in a test I found it well 4A in the absorption... tell me that parcheggata the evening, the morning is completely to the floor and they put the new battery in

I have not yet done the test fuse to fuse, but the disagnosi gave me a ton of errors including the one you ask above...

today I deleted everything, tomorrow I go back to check the car on the spot... from here leave me puzzled, only the error that I have asked, and 01217 (short circuit to earth side airbag, driver-side)....

I don't think that is a case of wordplay on the DTC, if you google "1491 faied glow plug" of things, if they are, then I believe concerns are actually a problem of leakage/short on the glow plugs preheat.

they do not have a fuse along with the others, I think I understand both a "finger" type this:

    DSC00639.jpg

and a relay that I have not understood if that is so, but if anything, look for the pattern:

unplug the relay and see if it absorbs more...

unfortunately I still have permissions to see the images that you have loaded lsd.
however, I try to locate the relay of the glow plug the motor and take it off. I too am seeing around the net I've seen "glow plug" but, for the little that I have understood in English, I intended to reported to the glow of the burners for auxiliary heating (type systems webasto), or, possibly, resistance-type hair-dryer for heating the passenger compartment. however, this car "certainly," does not fit the webasto, and I do not think even the resistance heater air heating.
moreover, the diagnosis made this error indicates to be in the air-conditioning system/heating in the motor. in any case I try is to exclude the glow plugs that you never know.

R5 about systems added absolutely nothing changed or mounted later and the car is standard inside of the dashboard of the VW.
had happened to be (I guess for window forgotten open and rain) type of aquarium that filled the pegs also this makes me more inclined to some dispersion of the system of heating/ventilation

ah... me also going in an intermittent manner from 0.3 to 0.8 should not be the absorption that bring to earth a battery (I suppose the minimum 62Ah) in one night.... what do you think?

there you have the reason that probably refer to the glow plug to heat up before the water.. sure there are any?

however, surely with the current does not drain the battery, but you said it yourself that you've seen a peak of 4A, then go to know in reality how much is the average...

I confirm that the code 01491 indicates exactly the spark igniter/burner is part of the additional heater, which this machine uses.

I had already solved the problem of the abnormal uptake (radio series on tilt), by removing the fuse.

    stable absorption to 0.011 To

I waited to post because just today I reconnected the diagnoser to the car and I have ascertained the presence of the heating supplemantare and the permanence of the error said above... nothing to do with the absorption of the abnormal data from the radio.
