framework tools Astra H repairable?

today I removed the picture of this car (that then ? my....) and reassemble it to me ? unplugged the flat of the small display that indicates the km
I wanted to know if anyone has ever run a repair of this kind, and if you can't find the flat or the display is complete.
fortunately, the car part without!!!!

at least if someone has a picture at a good price, I can also buy it
