I have welded many of my method, and put all the needles in holding them steady with the plastikina(DAS) then balance one at a time, taking into account the distance after welding, remove plastikina!!

Today we tried again. tonight I thought I'd make me a template for the pin to spring.I want to take a piece of wood the size of the e xxx, but more?
deep. I'm thinking to put the wood under the e xxx, then in the drill press to make holes passing from the e xxx.I hope for the best.
    Thanks to all

then,I cos?,I take the schedule of the original bdm and the print on a piece of cardboard so? I still have the form
once you have taken the form, I put the e xxx weld on the mounting template and insert the pin to spring centering holes in the cardboard
once I entered all of them and I have them aligned well to the hard cardboard at the base of the jig and start to solder with the soldering iron smd in order to do the job clean

the bosch are very easy to do...
