Toyota Yaris 1.4 66kw year 2011 - EDC17CP07 that is not part

Hello to all, I am facing a problem with a yaris year 2011 with EDC17CP07 that after writing a file with deleting DPF and EGR done with ******* does not want to leave. diagnosis sometimes is not a view of the engine control unit and it appears U0100 in the various units. When the unit is viewed from the diagnosis, the car part but appears the error P1604 and shortly after turns off. It does this even with the original backup which I enclose. read and write with ktag 2.23 can do it without problems.
possibly you damaged the ecu, if I can get another used then riverginarla? on this car, must be precisely the same number of HW or it is good even if it is different ?

Problem solved! Strangely, there was a cold solder on a pin of the comb which obviously, by removing the control unit, is detached. Rebuilt is game machine
