you have to take a programmer-the-counter type willem or other
do a search on the internet type programmer eprom 27c512
with regard to the eprom of the iaw you can not reprogram
you have to take a virgin eprom and write it
there are 3 types
27c512 write once and not gates
27c512 "window" write several times and gates with uv lamp
27sf512 write and gates programmer

I have written one with a file that I modified, but I ? on light injection
