pressure turbo geo fixed GP 1.3 mjet ex75cv

hello guys, I have a GP 1.3 mjet ex75cv
I have a problem with the turbo pressure drops dramatically after the peak
let me explain: after you have remapped I installed a faucet on the westgate; this faucet has in reality the faucet/valve which makes the function of delaying the opening of the westgate, and also c'? a second tap that is the function of the vent to lower the peak, and have values + constants as the pressure
at the end for? after a thousand tests I always have a peak value of 1.5 bar and a value of 1.0 bar to 4000giri
this means that the higher the machine runs but it could certainly provide more?, while after the peak, gi? 500 rounds later the pressure ? on 1.2 bar....
how do you think I could get better results??
over the faucet I could make some other change??

change actuator wastegate with a spring more? hard and raise eldritch faucets and pipes

So it only increases the peak but not the constant..

I have given a turn of the nut to the wastegate and the diesel does the rest: 1.4, peak, and 1.25 constant...

but there are also add-on modules for these problems?

I would like to try, in effect, remove a p? I'm the faucet and set everything directly from the wastegate, but on my mjet nn ? its very convenient to do this operation + times on the road up to the optimal value, unfortunately...

to be precise, in the 70cv, but it should fit the same turbine... however, additional modules exist to prevent the recovery, but certainly not to adjust the turbine.

to adjust the wastegate, we've removed a lot of things in fact... it's not ? an operation by 5 min...

20 psi ? the value at which to start the opening ( even if, in reality? ? always around a 10% less on these actuators ) for which a faucet or various vents would be superfluous.

would you be cos? kind enough to tell me what to remove?? I'd like to be able to find the right compromise, perhaps without a spike phenomenal, but with a constant pressure + high

but what still + important ? that's the pressure that I'm going to raise the cos? it would be the PEAK, and instead I'm interested in that constant!

exactly I don't know, I while the mechanic took care of this in preparing the map, however if I remember correctly inst? the catalyst and some of the karter who was in front of us but he has struggled for a long time...

the wg + tough you d? a constant gi? his + high in virt? its more to oppose the opening and I had seemed to understand that you need to be a constant..
even why? without a constant, but only with a high peak you only have a whack of torque but the hp as you want them to do ?
Starting from the assumption that the turbine 70 and 75 hp ? a hairdryer the address recovery there would be if you exceed 1.5 bar ( the limit of the house on the 1.3 mjet ) and however, if you know where to put your hands to the threshold of recovery up to liking and no problems-you..

Other thing : but you gave naphtha to the injectors ? if you can maintain a ****s fumosit? decent in zone pi? high-load throttle you can dare something in the + and you will notice a higher pressure turbo ( also a constant ) without having to pastrugnare with the waste gate

I of my I can tell you that you have not adjusted well to the faucet,and I have mounted several dual-adjustment, and them I can adjust to 1.46-1.52 peak and 1.4 constant, without going into recovery,but the taro and fit them on the car with the compressor ;) little trick, and avoid throwing diesel,but the eye that the clutch gives in immediately, so, if this is not the reinforcements

if 1.5 peak you descend down to 1.0 means that you have a spring in the wastegate is too soft, if you change the actuator, montandone one with a spring more? resistant, you'll have a peak higher, and a difference between peak and steady, lower than now estimated that there are usually 0.2 bar difference between peak and steady then if the ports 1.5'll 1,3 constant, which are not few, I'd recommend you to remove the various taps and do a precise job by taking the time necessary to

let's say that I assumed a discourse proportional between spring + rigid and pressure values for the turbine...for this assumed that the peak would rise more than the constant, if nn ? cos? then I assumed wrong

to the threshold of recovery not I wanted to raise it to my mapper for nn have problems with the crowd (which has as many as 230 thousand km) :)

for the speech nafta/fumosit? I will say that prp the mapper GHIZMO me has changed + times the values depending on the load on the throttle but the turbo pressure was almost always in the same way unfortunately....

the turbine I removed the 15 thousand km ago and I had manco games, or better stuff really subtle

A little bit of oil vented from them ? physiological since it always manages to leak even with new turbines. A fixed geometry ? also less subject to damage from smoke, the absence of moving parts in the radial

on the turbines that I have disassembled personally in the time, I never noticed the oil on the valve or in the tube that runs to the wastegate, then I don't know

this small vent oil has always done, it could be that there are remnants of the vapors of the oil and if they bring them on when it's under pressure??

honestly I was thinking of pointing the compressor inside the westgate to see if you "releases" a p?...what do you say? do it well or risk of damaging it if I go to a pressure cos? high?

risks to break through the membrane and after maybe raise well over 1.5 bar :)

but the map you have the certainty that it was done properly ? You did make attempts to fix the first to penetrate the mechanical changes ?
Without taking anything away from anybody, but we are still human beings, and often, starting from a constant that could be a variable leads us to the wrong conclusions, and does not reach the set objectives or slows down causing us to take alternative roads unnecessarily..

okok then nn I try not even to clean it with the compressor!

for the map, I go + with your eyes closed! we have done different tests and unfortunately it seems prp my turbine to react in this manner. The reaction of the turbine was in some ways better, when I still had the cat, but now are skat, and I see that download a p? + in a hurry

If you like smoke, you're still put good facts to give a 10% naphtha further and check if the pressure is increased and the performance.
