Idle cold golf 5 1.9 105hp

Hi guys I have a problem that I do not know if ? the real problem, or ? own the car ? output so...I have a golf 5 1.9 105hp 2007 model without the dpf has just been purchased by a friend...trying the car I realized that the engine is cold every morning when lit rooms the minimum 950 and after a few minutes drops to a regular 800... but the fact is that with all the golf that I have tried none of these has the mode?(drawn air to the cold)..I would like to know if someone can tell me if it normal or there are some problem...the car should have hw 168 sw 840 but pul too I don't have the opportunity to read the file but I'm pretty sure ? ori, because with the vag 0 programming... someone that has golf I can say if they do all or no ? thanks

Thanks Joseph, I checked with the vag and the cold temperature of the liquid, and almost the same as the outside temperature .. Can pi? degree less .. I did a diagnosis on the pi? in-depth, but not c'? nothing wrong with it but what is strange and why? ? the only golf/Audi/skoda doing so? .. Never happened such a thing ..
