remapped punto jtd 1.9 file 955-392 EC 15

again a greeting to the forum. I apologize of the post incomplete.
It is a punto 1.9 jtd with ecu edc15c7 955-392
Therefore, I am attaching the file ori and the one that I'm using. Pwer avoid problems with centraloina the original I got one a few lire and I remapped the eeprom 5P08 to start the car. Then I flashed the modified map that you can find in the annex. I poked around in the map, both on ecm with winols (that I find to be more complete, but less friendly), and I've seen the retouches that have been made. Is not the fruit of my work - maybe! - but was given to me by a friend of the forum.
The engine runs well, the torque is considerably increased, but I have not had a chance to test the maximum speed, and also because I'm afraid that you sfasci something.
The only drawback is that I will stay on the red light engine (error P0601, which to me seems to be associated with the experience inside of the CHK), and even if the resetto return to the next power-on. Except this the car starts and runs well.
I ask those who know more than me, a rating of the map in order to figure out if it's well-armoinizzata or not and how much it can be pushed over.
A curiosity would be to capuire, now, how much more power I have.
In the meantime, I have removed the EGR, bringing all the values to the maximum.

hello! then the egr is not closed,it's missing some of the limiters iq rev limited done incorrectly,the two maps pedal are not the same, the first requires 60 mmg, while the second requires 70.injection parzializata and scary times in my opinion.

Thank you for your reply you are definitely more prepared than I am. I would be grateful if you could follow me in the next steps. As said, the map is not the fruit of my knowledge is still elementary. Venaimo interventions:
- the EGR I closed in the new version ****llando the value to the maximum;
- what are the limiters you are referring to and how should I intervene?

- maps the pedal I know what you are and I can correct them, however I lack the vision lgobale and I don't know if siameglio the value of 60 or 70;
- times injection of the partialized and time scary...I guess they are excessive...
I would be grateful if you could clear my doubts so ....I understand (I hope) and I provide.

I figured! they are not the most competent,but I always listened to the advice of competent people,available and courteous in this forum.Then we go to order.
The maps you posted I have not seen the egr off
Do you have a limiter iq at the address 73536_735b4
On this map have made the classic pop korn or firing,which is set to 4500 rpm,but in doing so have wrong with it
The two maps pedal, in my humble opinion, should be made in the same way.My suggestion would be to "unlock"the iq example, 80mmg and later calcolarti times according to this value.

I'm still at the first armmi I understand the general concepts but I still can't go into details. For what you said:
- I confirm that on the map sent to the EGR was not yet OFF;
- the function of the limiter IQ the I will check but I don't think I have understood the meaning and function. Referring to the popcorn? If you, given that I'm not going to arrivre never to 4500 rpm, I can leave it there or should I remove it?
- maps the pedal I agree with you because from what I have read they should be the same...but what I duplicate...what is the "right"?
- unlock the IQ (80mmg) and calculate the time ...still I am not able to do so ....and I still have to study.

the effect pop korn has no effect then leave it as well.
Duplicate the one where you inject the 70mmg.Then all address 76736 there is the map torque as a function on the pedal and goes up.
for the times there are countless discussions on the forum,try to look for one that is appropriate for your.

Ok frenk85, I'm studying the map and I slowly became more clear, even if I have to understand well each map, and the bond between them.
I aligned the maps pedal (drivers wish 1 and 2) using as parmaetro that in which there is the figure of 7000 (I have yet to understand these numbers of what is referred to mm3 diesel?...mg?).
I lifted the WHOLE mappoa IQ limit (7673E) of 25%.
Now study a little bit of time to reduce the duration map and, above all, I have to figure out how to intervene to change the AFR. As I proceeds, the quantity of diesel fuel is now injected?
