in the cars with asr and esp, or even only one of the two, in the case of a failure in the network, can you disable the traction control but the abs function is always on (for safety reasons and why? abs does not require the can bus to work)

confirm that also on the 500 just stop the mass of the control unit esp? this is located under the tunnel near the hand brake?
