remapped punto jtd 1.9 file 955-392 EC 15

waiting for the cable, I got some questions.
1. to read and then write the data with the chinese clone I have seen that there is provided a dedicated software (new serial ); there is another that I could use, or you have suggested for read/write?
2. if remedy for an ECU with the same hardware code (0 281 001 955) but with different software, I can put in the software of my own? In other words, I would like to "fix that and play" with another unit before risking ruining my. Can I simply disconnect my and connecting the other?

No, you have to first read the other scodificarla and rewrite it. But maybe being edc15 you have to open it, desolder and read with a memory card reader, etc..etc.. a mess basically, but expect someone more expert in scodifiche, it may also be that a total can be done on the flash

I guess you're right. I had forgotten that the mapping is only a part of the entire code of the ECU. Then shooting only the mapping avreisicuramente problems. I'll try to snag my same model.

..I forgot. I saw that the EDC15 h several versions with the final letter is different. Are the differences significant? To me the diagnosis simply means EDC15.

Some edc15 is a family of ecu. The hope is fiat wv Opel renault etc, etc, there is the p-series, and c with various numbers. Each are different and not compatible with the other

You've got me baffled, as the screen of FES comes out as follows, for which, according to me, the version of software is already identified I was referring to the letter which follows the model of ECU as EDC15 X....I do not have X then that ECU is?

It should be Edc15c2 or c7 , the c7 is perhaps the only fits the 85 horsepower, while the c2 is equipped on 80 hp

Edc15c2 sw :392 and 600 while version 955-932 is c7 and is the version of the 85 hp I confirm dragusdrake

finally came the cables is the cock that mpps both chinese clones. Connected to the car, they both have initialized the ecu and read the conetnuto when saving the bin file.
Now as soon as I have time I try to inject a map retouched. Do you have any tips about that...precuazioni to take?

So...I'm playing at the moment with the software and mis any winols is one of the best. As yet I do not understand well which are the maps from the retouch I'm looking for damos for winols.

Now a technical question...but if rimediassi a control unit identical to my (955-392)...I could replace it with that of my car or not?
In the negative case what do I have to recode before mounting it and have it working?

I remedied some of the modified files, but my knowledge still does not allow me to evaluate them.
Comparing them with the original I noticed, of course, the differences and I can understand part of the policy, but I can not assess the quality/goodness of the same file.
All the files have a modified driver wish1, TQ limit, Drivers wish 2, duration 1, duration 2.
The other items, instead, are modified in some and others not.
I attach the file. Thank you that will be able to give me some indication useful to choose the right file, or at least to understand each and every map features it has.

again a greeting to the forum. I apologize of the post incomplete.
It is a punto 1.9 jtd with ecu edc15c7 955-392
Therefore, I am attaching the file ori and the one that I'm using. Pwer avoid problems with centraloina the original I got one a few lire and I remapped the eeprom 5P08 to start the car. Then I flashed the modified map that you can find in the annex. I poked around in the map, both on ecm with winols (that I find to be more complete, but less friendly), and I've seen the retouches that have been made. Is not the fruit of my work - maybe! - but was given to me by a friend of the forum.
The engine runs well, the torque is considerably increased, but I have not had a chance to test the maximum speed, and also because I'm afraid that you sfasci something.
The only drawback is that I will stay on the red light engine (error P0601, which to me seems to be associated with the experience inside of the CHK), and even if the resetto return to the next power-on. Except this the car starts and runs well.
I ask those who know more than me, a rating of the map in order to figure out if it's well-armoinizzata or not and how much it can be pushed over.
A curiosity would be to capuire, now, how much more power I have.
In the meantime, I have removed the EGR, bringing all the values to the maximum.

hello! then the egr is not closed,it's missing some of the limiters iq rev limited done incorrectly,the two maps pedal are not the same, the first requires 60 mmg, while the second requires 70.injection parzializata and scary times in my opinion.

Thank you for your reply you are definitely more prepared than I am. I would be grateful if you could follow me in the next steps. As said, the map is not the fruit of my knowledge is still elementary. Venaimo interventions:
- the EGR I closed in the new version ****llando the value to the maximum;
- what are the limiters you are referring to and how should I intervene?

- maps the pedal I know what you are and I can correct them, however I lack the vision lgobale and I don't know if siameglio the value of 60 or 70;
- times injection of the partialized and time scary...I guess they are excessive...
I would be grateful if you could clear my doubts so ....I understand (I hope) and I provide.

The maps you posted I have not seen the egr off
Do you have a limiter iq at the address 73536_735b4
On this map have made the classic pop korn or firing,which is set to 4500 rpm,but in doing so have wrong with it
The two maps pedal, in my humble opinion, should be made in the same way.My suggestion would be to "unlock"the iq example, 80mmg and later calcolarti times according to this value.

- the function of the limiter IQ the I will check but I don't think I have understood the meaning and function. Referring to the popcorn? If you, given that I'm not going to arrivre never to 4500 rpm, I can leave it there or should I remove it?
- maps the pedal I agree with you because from what I have read they should be the same...but what I duplicate...what is the "right"?

Duplicate the one where you inject the 70mmg.Then all address 76736 there is the map torque as a function on the pedal and goes up.

Ok frenk85, I'm studying the map and I slowly became more clear, even if I have to understand well each map, and the bond between them.
I aligned the maps pedal (drivers wish 1 and 2) using as parmaetro that in which there is the figure of 7000 (I have yet to understand these numbers of what is referred to mm3 diesel?...mg?).
I lifted the WHOLE mappoa IQ limit (7673E) of 25%.
Now study a little bit of time to reduce the duration map and, above all, I have to figure out how to intervene to change the AFR. As I proceeds, the quantity of diesel fuel is now injected?

OK. Map is ok and the tuning seems fine. Only issue I ma trying to solve is the DTC P0404 EGR. I have been told that it is necessary to switch off the ECU the EGR bit, but it is not clear how to do it.
