I was on my 147 jtd 8v 115hp euro3 I did just that... I ripped it all away and plugged directly on both the collectors...

It all depends on your expertise, I have done alone, but the system of the 1.9 8v is more simple... the hassle is that you have to remove the battery and tank battery.
It is true that it has more of a warm-up, but if you saw how the egr combines the manifold, you wouldn't think twice!
