Launch x431 and pumps Ford

Hello, would you know if the Launch x431 fails to initialize the pumps Ford in order to adapt pumps used on other vehicles type 1.8 diesel? So far I have used the diagnosis dedicated Ford but yesterday it stopped working. It would be the excuse to buy it.
