Opinion exclusion EGR on the Fiat Idea 1.9 JTD EDC16C9

before writing the modified map I would like your expert opinion on the way in which I ruled out the EGR. ? correct?

if you get the same result, why change so much more.

I was not able to write to the file via OBD with MPPS (try versions v5, V12, and V16), says that the file ? "encrypted". Am I doing something wrong? Reading the forums it seems that MPPS will not be able to write to the ECU of this car (and also of the Lancia Musa with the same ECU), do you think Galletto 1260 pu? it?

I don't remember the protocols of the 1260 (you know, old age), but if there is, you can try.

-Usually quest error occurs when the file size is not correct.
read and write with the same tool?

S? really and EDC16C9 not read from serial port but only with BDM and write, if you want to be serial, but only a part of the flesch reading ease,
then do not complete..
are you sure it's EDC16C9?
