Slight vibration after the map

Hi to all. I expose my problem with some of your help. I did remap some time ago a Ford Focus tdci 90cv quite soft. For some time, or perhaps it was also the first no, but I never realized) in full acceleration and especially in the third and fourth phase of release throttle fast enough I feel like a small vibration.
