Problem EGR Alfa romeo 159 1.9 150cv

Hi to all.
A few months ago I bought a 159 sw used and I mounted on the EGR and the plate to limit (the punctured) the flow of recirculated air to improve the efficiency of the engine, after a few days I noticed that at idle speed the engine was empty and after a few weeks I came out of the motor failure and diagnosis I will report the error to the actuator of the egr but I did not give a lot of importance. Lately the engine I was going into protection and I decided to remove the sheet and I found it slightly dirty coal, but nearby there was also condensation that worried me.

Can I solve this error, and being able to exclude something from the ecu? Or should I get a egr functional?

Which DTC are you from'? if the file is good, it may be that you have the power management is faulty, I replace the EGR or disconnect the plug, see the DTC, to delete it from the map and you solved.

the 159 is mounted on a EDC16C39, not a EDC16C9 as written by you.

My friend, your map is not only with the egr off, but also defappata with sw type time.

as said by the colleagues, probable power management not working....detach the connector, and delete the dtc..put lamerino and go quiet....

I have not seen the file....but I read above that error actuator egr.....

made a lot of with unplugged but I doubt that the empty is attributable to the egr!!!

Sorry, but if you deleted the dtc, the machine always goes into recovery only that, it will have no light

No deleting the DTC with its controls do not go to recoveri.

If you delete as well the controls ok.I understood only the dtc

It's gone....in the meantime, to know that mistakes gives the diagnosis should rewrite the ori because the file, which is processed with a Time and cleared all dtcs.

For the problem of the egr fails, it seems that I have managed to solve it by unlocking and lubricating the plunger of the actuator. At least these days you are not on...
I even made a test to connect to the place of the egr one pilot lamp of the same ohmic value of the actuator and the strange thing is that it seems that the valve is constantly active to the maximum...
I would not like that on the map has been combined something strange...
The original file I managed to find it and I am attaching, also starting from the original I tried to disable both egr fap... if you can give it a look so as soon as I have the machine I try to caricargli the map if everything is ok.
