torque limiter

Hi all, as title I have this question mark in the head, I have my car a golf plus 1.9 tdi remapped that to me makes this joke in low gears, up to three thousand rpm is really pushing it, with the high gears the cio? the fourth and fifth after the three thousand rpm I can hear a slight drop in power, or as if you were stretching back. Now what I do not explain, and that if lower a bit the torque limiter behaves in a way if you lifted it behaves in another, but what is the right way to eliminate this problem and to get off the laps of the fifth the the most most cases without this loss of power????????

I'm not definitely an expert, however, I give you my: you've changed pretty much everything, with a logic not entirely wrong...? I would have gone for the step at the beginning without touching the injections zoned map1 and map2.

That said, in my opinion, the 3 maps of the limiter have been moddate evil. they differ from one another because? lead of the pi values? high in the original. You have moddato surely only the first and you copied the values moddati in the other 2... with the result that hai increases compared to the maps initially, but not in the same percentage.

try to correct this and see.

I also have doubts about the enrichment and acceleration, but I leave the word to the pi? experts.

as you have been already suggested to be calm, that the advice they arrive,then the map completely redo,enrichment and acceleration all wrong, and increases in the negative,the egr is not excluded correctly,restart heat is not changed properly, and even you have changed the cold-start,turbo pressure too high fuel injection to be redone, etc, etc,maybe if it starts to map to the map, we can help you,definitely use the tabular mode' copy increments on similar maps and happens the mascello.

My ? was a hypothesis, but I can see that others may come to my same conclusion, pi? or less.

Review the EGR and do not touch other things that are not essential to its avoidance.

review the torque limiters by applying a percentage increase on each, compared to the ori.

review the map "enriched" following the trend of the original.

leaves initially advances the injection of the original, then you do the test only on those at the end of the job (according to me)

maybe gi? so you can? then think if the problem persists

I agree parts with a map at a time, and so you can get step-by-step

On the' enrichment ' parts a bit later and you're on the percentage that you were given initially: 8-10% if I'm not mistaken.
On the limiters if I'm not mistaken you have been on the 20%, and that's fine, but certain they were "copy"follow for each of the trend of the original, instead.

The turbo change it to points and not %, and only touches the maps main injection. Then see how it goes.

The alpha on which I learned to map the edc16 has the counter scriptures to 40 now...

wide choice of up to 15% and limiter up to 20% of the vag have clutches good:)
