Doubt Egr Audi A6 3.0tdi euro5 year 2009

Yesterday ? came from a colleague who has a workshop that brings work and clients, and he asked me closing the Egr ( to not clog up the swirl and lock ) and + sensitivity? throttle while wanting to maintain the Dpf. To me the thing ? played strange why? usually I associate closing the egr to the elimination of the dpf in order not to have problems with clogging and/or lack of regenerations.

I do not see anything unsafe, closing the egr and map the pedal while keeping the dpf does not involve any problem.
I often have a mapped drive, with egr off, and dpf is still present, and I have not had any kind of problem.

if flow reduction valve do you mean the swirl I find + appropriate to leave them as at low revs the dann? a pinch of reattivit? in +, ? the egr valve that creates their damage, km after km, making them always work with the + difficulties? until the breaking up of the actuator of plastic that controls.

if you know how to make the map more? lively you also know how to make them go without the swirl I disabled many of the mapped and the customer has feel much better at the bottom, who knows why?!!!!!

I understand your point of view, but, technically, audi's engineers that have been made to do ? not putting them should be saved on the costs !!
? obvious that mapping very different response and power, and swirl you do not notice.
I am conservative, and they have no problems, I prefer to let it do the work for which they have been created by those who certainly + good to me.

Exact, the han masses for environmental issues to fit in certain regulatory parameters, but in my disabling it with the original map is swirl that the ERG to the low wrong and consumed a bang, with the swirl active, ERG excluded and small mappettina I walk from the fairy tale consumption on a regular basis.

It was intended as a device to pollute less! egr and swirl functions are completely different! but they also serve to reduce the pollution!
