hi all a friend of mine has a astra sw 1.7 cdti ecu edc16c9 943_268
I have read the ecu with mpps v5 and gives me a strange file 1 mega despite the fact that the programmer said that he wrote only the ecu
I've got a file read with bdm 943_268 always a mega and comparing it were very different to open the file with the drivers of the ecm 1.61 but I don't know what to change why? ? the first time I open a edc16c9

hello ma ? the first time you open a file, edc16c9, or the first time that you have to mod a file?because c9, or both ? always a edc16 bosch so the maps are always the ones. if you do start to do something, or at least what you know and then post the mod that you will be helped where you are having difficulties

for the speech reading, I follow the philosophy of always write the read file with the same instrument and on the same machine... specifically if you have perplessit? read in bdm the ecu, cos? you can always go back...

For the map as he said mafani ? a classic edc16... parts from the maps pedal, torque limiters, lambda turbo, limiter, turbo, and if c'? need rail and advance

I have not seen the file, but the straight lines of which you speak in the file that is read with mpps are to be attributed to the partial reading that is the tool of diagnosis. If you trust the backup bdm you then go quiet! However, if for some reason I lose the contents of the keys, encoding injectors etc etc you should scodificare the map read by bdm (from a friend), before writing, but if I had your you could upload it without worries!

And the problem is that the ori BDM and the ori MPPS are not so compatible..
I would recommend to wash away the specific, the cio? or ways to read with BDM or ways reading MPPS
and write that to the bed.

*E3C96 and following you know what they are?
*CBAFA and CBD3E lambda
*C3CC0 and C3D8C should be the egr

The torque limiter you can lift it up again, then wanting there should also be other limiters of the diesel, but first I would try only with the corrections said.
