I have an alfa brera 2.4 (version 210cv)and I wanted to ask you if you give me some advice on what hardware to choose ... Which one more suitable to my ecu ? Which software to use ?
Then another question : Excessive smoke; hence' at low rpm ( 1700 rpm * 500 nm) what is the date ? from the advance ? And' possible to do you decrease torque in the low and bringing it progressively to the revs high ?
First of all, I buy the hardware with the software and read the map, and then I'll know the data of the reading, so maybe you can think about this the better !

Hello..if you want to make your car, buy safely mpps V12...? reliable on that ECU...editing Software, I recommend you ECMtitanium...is around...
For the fumosit? at low revs...don't tell us if the car ? already mapped...if it has the egr active and fap active...km?
Once you have verified these things, to check in diagnosis, the correct functioning of the system and that there are no sleeves broken.

Hello...so...the first thing I advise you to buy the interface mpps v12 (also here on the site) and retrieve the file that you have now in the ECU...
I if I were you, I would make the effort to disassemble icolli suction and remove the swirl (on the 2.4 ? frequently that they are eaten by the engine).
As regards the smoke, check that there are no sleeves broken, and that the mass air flow sensor is in good condition.
Go quiet that do not break anything to remove katalizzatore and prekat and dpf...these are just urban legends...removing the kat, dpf and prekat, don't do anything that facilitate the evacuation of the exhaust gases, and then recoveries also something in terms of performance. For the speech in one piece and the turbine and the other..do not break anything..but...removing the prekat, you are going to greatly lower the exhaust temperatures, and this is just FINE to the turbine.
Do as you suggest, remove the swirl, control sleeves, accurate, control, mass air flow sensor, read the map, and put it...you look at it with pleasure;)

I don't think that it is the injectors xke work on frequencies that are very high and not feel the tic-tic..What can be according to you ? tappets ?

You're just giving advice all the wrong.
Remove the precat leads to rupture of the turbine? But when ever???
Remove the precat considerably lowers the temperature of the turbo, and, therefore, prolongs the duration.
Also on the 2.4 has a substantial increase in low rpm, as the turbo has a response pi? ready and ? pi? fast rise of pressure.
And the downpipe is not ? the straight tube to replace the fap, but ? just the semicurva to be put in the place of the precatalizzatore!
Then Sighline as I have suggested already? others read the current map that you have, just a mpps v5, and put it that we see if there are any errors.
Then check the turbo and maybe he has problems, and finally put safely to a downpipe, empty in the place of the precat, that helps you and that's it!

I removed it on different 159 is 1.9 which 2.4 including my and always with excellent results.

The classic black smoke ( smoke, white only when the engine is cold, and especially if there is a lot of humidity, and after 5 min it stops) , I went to try it now glue the outlet of the mass air flow sensor off and think it's the same as before ( it is turned on immediately the light of the engine) .. To fenire the talk I highlight this fact : The machine is 2008, 100 thousand km model 210cv ( glue turbine gtb2056v and not that of the KKK 200 hp)
Bought the car and did the cutting general glue cleaning the egr sn went to rullarla . Results : 174 hp and 400 nm ( compared to 210 and 420 of the original that should have ) . The machine smoked, but not excessively, and NOT whistling nothing.
immediately after the intervention ( dpf+cat removed , straight tube mounted ) to come from the mapper already felt clearly the whistle.
First rolled glue map 1 : 240 hp , smoke; hence' exaggerated
The second rolled map 2 : 230 hp , smoke; hence it is always that
The last rolled and map 3 : 215 hp, smoke; hence' a bit decreased, but always exaggerated ( as now)
The mapper me consgiliato to remove the egr , clean the inlet and check that there is no loss of air, and am convinced that if the machine is put in place after a non-smoker more xke is the map that I put it is 'guaranteed' .
Logically then the egr and luca stanca sn arranged in the control unit

Here, on the contrary, according to me, are the fuel injectors ( not likely), or the group of the tappet ( valve, glasses, locations) Someone confirm this ?
